FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to clinical cardiology and radiation diagnostics. Perfusion computed tomography with a stress test is performed using intra-esophageal electrophysiology study (IEES) with subsequent comparison of data on the degree of atherosclerotic lesions of the coronary arteries and the presence of myocardial perfusion defects at rest and during exercise. In this case, coronary heart disease is diagnosed when stenosis of more than or equal to 50% is detected and when a transient perfusion defect in the corresponding area of the blood supply is observed. In the presence of a transient perfusion defect and the absence of significant damage to the coronary arteries, the presence of microvascular dysfunction is assessed. The order of the rest and stress phases is chosen depending on the pre-test probability of the patient having coronary artery disease, with a low and intermediate probability, the rest / stress protocol is used, and with a high probability - stress/rest, the interval between phases is 20 minutes.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to simultaneously assess the anatomy of the coronary arteries, identify stenoses and assess their hemodynamic significance, as well as ensure availability and safety of diagnostics.
