METHOD FOR TELEMETRIC MONITORING OF PATIENT'S STATE AFTER TREATMENT AND/OR DIAGNOSTIC INTERVENTIONS ON CORONARY ARTERIES WITH SHORT-TERM HOSPITALIZATION Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC A61B5/02

Abstract RU 2644929 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: remote ECG monitoring device is installed on the patient before discharge, which is capable of transmitting ECG data in real time to the doctor's receiving device. The patient's condition is monitored for at least 24 hours after discharge. The ECG data in the avL, avF, V2, V5 leads is determined. If any of the following criteria are identified, the patient's condition is defined as life-threatening: occurrence of episodes of horizontal or skew-descending ST depression of more than 1 mm and/or ST elevation of more than 1.5 mm, duration of more than 1 min, in the leads indicating the blood supply zone of the stented artery; occurrence of 3 or more episodes of horizontal or descending ST depression of more 1 mm and/or ST elevation of more than 1.5 mm, duration of more than 1 min in rest state, in rage leads indicating the blood supply zone of the non-stented artery, for which data on the presence of atherosclerotic lesion is available; occurrence of ventricular arrhythmias and/or conduction disturbances not recorded before endovascular intervention. In case of a history of complex rhythm and/or conduction disorders, recorded before endovascular intervention, the duration of monitoring is 2-3 days.

EFFECT: method allows telemetric monitoring of ECG in patients who have undergone endovascular diagnosis and/or treatment of coronary arteries in a short-term hospitalization, which allows timely detection of life-threatening conditions and take appropriate measures.
