FIELD: vulcanizing. SUBSTANCE: device has hollow housing 2 mounted on bed 1 and is provided with electric motors 6 and filled with oil-like heat carrier. The housing is made up as a gear wheel at the center of which there is means 3 for control of the level of heat carrier. Above each gear section is a means for pressing made up as air- actuated unit 8. The air-actuated unit has housing 9 with inlet branch pipe 16 and outlet opening 13 and made up as two truncated cones the greater bases of which are interconnected. Inside housing 9 are conical spring 10 that embraces rod 11 connected with piston 12 above which is conical member 15 for producing enhanced specific pressure. Rod 11 is connected with pressing pivot 14 through outlet opening 13. Inlet branch pipe 11 is connected with three-way valve 17 connected with ring receiver 19 through flexible air duct 18. The device is provided with automatic controller of the temperature of heat carrier and air pressure gauge 21. EFFECT: improved design. 2 dwg
