FIELD: repair of local defects of pneumatic tyres of various vehicles and other mechanical rubber goods. SUBSTANCE: vulcanizer has a body fastened on a bed-pedestal and having the shape of somewhat extracted vertically strong and rigid cramp. A vertical rod with a clamping mechanism and upper clip-heater hinge-mounted on it is installed on the upper cantilever of the body-cramp. A rotary clamp or journal with the lower clip-heater is hinge-mounted on the lower cantilever of the body-cramp. The vertical post with the upper cantilever of the body-cramp is coupled to the lower cantilever by means of an articulated joint providing for a hand turning through a preset angle - throwing-back of the upper part of the body-cramp with the clamping mechanism with the upper clip-heater secured on it at installation of the pneumatic tyre on the vulcanizer. Turning is effected in the vertical plane of symmetry of the vulcanizer body-cramp. The articulated joint has three disks-checks fastened on the lower cantilever of the body-cramp in its rear part and hinge-joined by means of an axle to two disks-cheeks fastened in the lower part of the vertical post of the body-cramp for mutual fixation by a lock. The latter is installed in the ports and slots in the disks-cheeks and moves in them providing for displacement of the disks-cheeks relative to each other, thereby for turning of the upper part of the body cramp relative to the lower cantilever of the body-cramp.
