FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: self-closing filling contains body 1 with internal cavity and through butt cuts for flexible tape 5. On one of flexible tape 5 ends is rigidly fastened closing element 6, on the other - arrow-shaped projection 7. Internal cavity is made with narrowing in front part and widening in back part. In back part placed is arrow-shaped projection 7. Arrow-shaped projection 7 can limitedly move in closing element 6. On arrow-shaped projection 7 made are slanted inward side cuts 8. On closing element assembled are figure fingers 9. Figure fingers 9 can open and elastically close. Near back butt end wall of closing element 6 made is opening with cut edges in form of petals 11. Opening is located at angle 90° to longitudinal axis of filling. Arrow-shaped projection serves for passage and fixation of flexible tape 5 in figure fingers 9. Side cuts 8 are fixed by petals 11.

EFFECT: increase of reliability of closing and impossibility of filling opening without body breakage or tape rupture.
