FIELD: underwater technology; oil-field and gas-field development; construction of water- development works. SUBSTANCE: device includes pontoons with lower and upper ballast compartments whose upper cavity is brought in communication with high-pressure bottles and lower cavity is communicated with sea by means of ballast pump. Habitable compartment mounted between ballast compartments is used for mounting the cone penetrometer squeezing mechanism and drill. In the bottom of habitable compartment there is trunk above which cut is made in the ceiling. Bell with rope-and-block system and hook is mounted above cut on the outside.
