SUBSTANCE: offshore ice-resistant oil-gas production platform has supporting block with production equipment and ballasted body having cut-out in the center and device for elevating the body onto supporting block. The device for elevating supporting block consists of movable platform installed under the body and embracing supporting block of movable platform. The latter is connected with the body by means of membrane. Secured to external surface of supporting block on the side of movable platform are supporting brackets and secured to the body wall within the through cutout by means of hinges are catches and stop girders having drives in form of hydraulic cylinders.
