FIELD: hypersonic flying vehicles with active cooling; heat exchange and heat transfer devices with intermediate heat-transfer agent. SUBSTANCE: inner surface of outer envelope of panel is made in form of capillary-porous structure with system of additional steam escape passages alternating with heat- transfer agent distributing lines. Skin panel is additionally provided with inner envelope forming single hermetic volume together with outer envelope. Construction of panel including the capillary-porous structure ensures high intensity of removal of heat from skin of flying vehicle at high density of flow. Delivery of heat-transfer agent to thermally stressed sections of flying vehicle and possibility of separation of liquid phase from vaporous phase with no increase of hydraulic resistance excludes possibility of break of components of heat-transfer discharge system.
