The latter oscillates from 19-100 kHz ultrasound source. Through resultant emulsion layer, gaseous carbon dioxide from nozzles is bubbled. Under these conditions, emulsion film flows in the centrifugal force field. According to invention, carbon dioxide release from nozzles is increased to supersonic values.
