FIELD: sugar industry. SUBSTANCE: high-frequency measurement of dielectric characteristic of fillmass is performed utilizing for this purpose general slope of dielectric loss of fillmass value. The latter is normalized and used, in the form of relative values, for calculating coefficient of supersaturation in linear model terms. As normalizing quantities, slope of dielectric loss for unsaturated solution is used, and angular coefficient (slope ratio) is determined through high and low purity of fillmass followed by interpolation to find intermediate values.
