CATHODE-LUMINESCENT SCREEN Russian patent published in 1997 - IPC

Abstract RU 2089007 C1

FIELD: low-voltage information display facilities; may be used for creation of multipurpose indicators designed for display of any information in digital, textual, sign or graphical form. SUBSTANCE: screen comprises transparent vacuum shell composed of glass envelope and flat glass plate which carries semiconductor substrate, electrodes, at least, one is formed on semiconductor substrate. One film layer of metal Me1 as minimum and adhesive layer Me2 are placed in sequence on inner surfaces of semiconductor substrate and glass plate. Layer of solder of alloy of selected metals is placed on adhesive layer. Coefficients of thermal expansion of metals are chosen from experimentally established expressions. EFFECT: broadened application field. 3 cl, 2 dwg
