FIELD: electronic engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has polymeric electroluminescence layer and porous polyaniline layer obtained from polyaniline and steam evaporative substance chosen from series of compounds: azobisisobutyric acid dinitrile, dinitrozopentamethylene tertaamine, N,N′-oxybenzenesulfohydrazine, NN'=dinitrozoterephthalamide with evaporative substance content 5-50 mass percent of polyaniline mass. Layers are applied one on top other. EFFECT: improved brightness of electroluminescence due to maximum contact area between electroluminescence polymer and electrode.
