SUBSTANCE: double-layer structure whose first layer is made of aluminum and boron alloy and second one, of pure aluminum is proposed to be used as electron injecting electrode in fluorescent device that has electron injecting electrode, polymeric active fluorescent layer, and hole injecting electrode. Such novelty provides for higher level of media injection in active fluorescent material layer at lower intensity of electric field and for higher time stability of cathode injection characteristics.
