FIELD: electronics. SUBSTANCE: device contains: electronic injecting layer of aluminum-based alloy; active luminescent layer of poly(2-methoxy-5- (2'-ethylhexyloxy)-1,4-phenylenevinylene); hole transport layer based on p-doped polyaniline; and hole injecting layer of mixed indium-tin oxide. Electronic injecting layer is made of aluminum-based layer containing, wt %: lithium, 0.3-2.5, magnesium, 0.5-6.0, and scandium and/or zirconium, 0.01-0.3. For hole transport layer, p-doped polyaniline plasticized with polyvinyl alcohol is used. Device is fabricated by successively applying, on glass carrier, semitransparent layer of mixed indium-tin oxide, polyvinyl alcohol-plasticized p-doped polyaniline layer, poly(2-methoxy-5-(2'-ethylhexyloxy)-1,4- phenylenevinylene) luminescent layer, and electronic injecting layer of aluminum-based alloy. p-Doped polyaniline is applied in the form of solution containing, wt %: polyaniline, 0.6-1.5; polyvinyl alcohol, 0.6-1.5; p-toluenesulfonic acid or carboxylic acid, 0.06-0.5; and formic acid, the balance. Resultant device is characterized by lowered starting point, higher luminosity at lower voltages and current intensities (higher quantum output), decreased emission spectrum width, and simplified manufacturing technique due to reduced number of steps, reduced duration of some steps, and enabled performing all operations under air atmosphere.
