FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to vertebrology. The method includes insertion of one screw from each side into the undamaged vertebrae above and below the lesion. The screw is inserted through accessory process on the basis of spine of vertebra into the body of vertebra located above the damaged segment. It is inserted into the vertebral body located below the injured segment - into the projecting part of the lateral articular process. The screws are set above the fixed segment with a slope of 20 to 25° to the direction of anterosuperior vertebral body angle. The screws are set into the lower fixed segments - from 20 to 25° to the anteroinferior vertebral body angle. Screws are inserted at an angle of 30 to 45° towards the middle plane.
EFFECT: method allows to increase the rigidity of fixation.
