FIELD: medicine; medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises casing retained around periphery of surgical aperture with help of annular base provided with double-sided adhesive film. Casing encloses disc made of filtering mass possessing hydrophilic properties and forming, simultaneously, heat exchanger and air drier/air humidifier. Air exhales by patient and air inhaled by him are alternately exposed to effect of heat and moisture circulating from one air flow to other. Safety net is interposed between said filtering mass and surgical aperture and has flat frontal surface in contact with filtering mass, while its back surface is convex and has calibrated openings or meshes. Distance between back surface and frontal surface of safety net is such that, taken into consideration diameter (gauge) of said openings or meshes, mucous discharge of patient's organism from trachea cannot, on the whole, reach surface of said filtering mass filling proposed artificial "nose". EFFECT: ingenious device for people having troubles after tracheotomy. 12 cl, 5 dwg
