FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves fixing apron, manufactured from material of low pneumatic resistance, on anterior patient neck surface by means of lace or sticker ribbon. Removable fliselin insert is placed between apron layers locating it in tracheostoma region. The fliselin insert is folded in four and covered with fabric on both sides being 50 sq. cm in size.
EFFECT: improved air filtration, heating and moistening; improved breathing conditions; prevented allergic skin responses around tracheostoma.
