SUBSTANCE: apparatus has sleeve with brass beads, each having six rods, which are positioned circumferentially in equally spaced relation and inclined away from center at an angle of 58 deg to vertical axis. Rod and pin are positioned in sleeve opening. Pin is larger than rod. All rods and pin have copper ball at their ends. Rods and pin are made from stainless steel. Ratio of sizes of apparatus A(1):A(2):A(3):A(4): A(5): A(6)= 1: 1.5:6:9.6:3.8:0.25, where A(1) is ball diameter, mm; A(2) is sleeve bead diameter, mm; A(3) is length of rod with ball, mm; A(4) is length of pin with ball, mm; A(5) is length of sleeve with bead, mm; A(6) is diameter of rod and pin, mm.
