SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to toner, developer and image forming apparatus. Declared group of inventions includes a toner, developer and image forming apparatus. Disclosed toner contains crystalline resin, wherein the crystalline resin contains crystalline resin having urethane bond, urea bond or both, and the crystalline resin has average diameter of crystalline grain of 20 to 70 nm. Disclosed image forming apparatus comprises an element having an electrostatic latent image, electrostatic latent image generating unit configured to generate an electrostatic latent image on the element bearing the electrostatic latent image, developing unit containing a toner and configured to show the electrostatic latent image which was formed on the element bearing the electrostatic latent image, thus to form a visible image.

EFFECT: technical result consists in provision of a toner that is capable of preventing the displacement on the edges and non-uniformity of gloss even in presence of crystalline resin.
