FIELD: neutralization of ill effects. SUBSTANCE: device has bushing with inserted short rod provided with upward attachment element and long rod. Six rods are arranged equidistantly at each of bushing ends over circumference at an angle of 58 deg to bushing axis. Rods at bushing end on side of upward attachment element are directed upwards and at other end, downwards. Bushing and rods are made of stainless steel. Each of rods is provided with copper-containing ball. Dimensions of elements are selected proceeding from preset correlation. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 dwg
