FIELD: disperse systems. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has hermetic container for liquid enclosing elastic member in the form of bellows shell, its upper end bearing a plate with central passage and its lower end being opened. Apparatus is provided with a bottomed tube installed through passage of plate and joined with rod enabling vertical displacement of tube. Upper part of tube communicates with free space of container, and bottom of tube has cone-shaped perforations with cone vertexes downward, the perforations being outside covered with gauze or cloth. The plate has cone-shaped perforations with cone vertexes upward, which is constructed such as to be displaced relative the tube. EFFECT: improved structure of apparatus. 5 cl, 2 dwg
