FIELD: manufacture of articles based on low- molecular rubber, manufacture of end collars with special physico-mechanical characteristics for protective-bonding layer on rocket engines working on mixed solid fuel. SUBSTANCE: after filling with composition form is kept in air for 15-20 min and then is closed by pressure of press in the course of 4-6 min. Surplus of compound and volatile products are removed through vertical channels having total area of cross-section numerically equal to 0.001 0.002 volume of collar. Composition in closed volume is heated with rate 1-2 C/min and solidifies at temperature 120-135 C in the course of 3.0-8.0 h with simultaneous removal of volatile products in process of heating and solidification. After this form is cooled in open air to temperature of 30-40 C and finished article is extracted. Before start of process form and composition are heated to 60 C.
