FIELD: construction industry. SUBSTANCE: pile frozen into permafrost has trunk with lower flat end to which reinforcing rods are attached or built-in. Pile is fitted with leading tip made in the form of cone with base which diameter is less than that of trunk. Reinforcing rods are embedded in base of cone with their free ends. Flat end of trunk is located below boundary of seasonal thawing of permafrost. While erecting pile hole is drilled, trunk is installed into it and trunk clearance is filled. Filling of trunk clearance is formed on trunk proper before its installation into hole by placement of trunk in cylindrical forms having diameter corresponding to diameter of hole, by filling of forms by filling material and its freezing. Forms are dismantled prior to installation of trunk in hole. EFFECT: enhanced building efficiency and reliability. 5 cl, 5 dwg
