FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, in particular, to long-length reinforced concrete piles with non-tensioning fixtures subject to static and dynamic loads, and can be used in erection of foundations of both small and heavy structures and mainly in heaving soils. Pile reinforced concrete with non-tensioning reinforcement, made in formwork for further immersion into soil is a prefabricated rectangular spatial frame consisting of a pile proper structure formed by longitudinally transverse reinforcement, and pile end frame, which during manufacture is combined with rectangular spatial frame of pile itself. Pile additionally contains rectangular metal pipe with rectangular head, in its upper part, at that, its lower part is rigidly connected to upper part of pile proper structure. Pile end frame during manufacturing is made in form of truncated cone, base of which is formed of ring and two crossed rods, and the concave end of the pile is made in the form of a cylinder of round cross section for distribution of force from the structure to a large area and prevention of pulling out by frost-free heaving.
EFFECT: technical result consists in increase of bearing capacity of pile, reduction of material consumption, as well as in improvement of reliability, stability, strength and durability.
