FIELD: oil and gas production. SUBSTANCE: method involves utilization of biocides, required volume of which for single treatment of well is calculated from formula: Vb = Q/24tqf where Vb is sought volume required for combating microflora, cu.m; Q volume of pumped in water, cu.m per 1 day; t pumping time, h; q content of biocide in liquid, kg/cu.m; f number of operations per 1 year; and 24 is a conversion factor. To enhance efficiency of development owing to justified choice of time and volume of biocide, oil-saturated stratum is periodically treated for time and under biocide liquid volume conditions determined from kinetic parameters of the process of microflora suppression in porous collector medium. These kinetic parameters are preliminarily determined in laboratory conditions using a sample of porous collector medium polluted with microflora by way of filtering appropriate cultural liquid until pore plugging process in sample is stabilized, whereupon biocide is filtered under constant pressure gradient, its consumption with time is recorded, and kinetic constants of microorganism suppression process are found from dependence: V = Vo•ekτn where V is measured biocide consumption, ml; Vo consumption of cultural liquid through sample of porous medium with maximum pore plugging degree, ml; k and n kinetic constants of microorganism suppression process in porous medium, min-n; τ biocide action time, min. Time of biocide liquid pumping in is determined from formula : t = /60 where N = 3.1415926 R2 hm Vo•10-6; R2 is radius of effect of biocide treatment of well, m; h effective thickness of stratum, m; and m is porosity. EFFECT: optimized biocide dosage.
