FIELD: oil-producing industry. SUBSTANCE: method includes additional investigations of elastic properties of displacement agent and displaced fluid and porous medium for compressibility, and gathering of field-process data on operation of each well. Well groups are separated and for them dynamics of dropping of production water cutting is not the result of conduction of operating measures on wells. Field of initial oil saturation near separated well groups is verified. Mathematical modelling of filtration processes in porous medium nonuniform in bedding is performed and maps of isobars, saturation with displacement agent and current oil-saturated thicknesses for any moment of time are constructed. Acceptable degree of coincidence of calculated and real process parameters are to be achieved in mathematical modelling of filtration processes. Verification of field of initial oil saturation near separated well groups within the frame of mathematical model of filtration processes in porous medium with nonuniform bedding is varied out by expert methods.
