FIELD: refrigerating equipment. SUBSTANCE: device includes heat-insulated chamber with conveyers arranged in it for initial freezing and final freezing of product. Lower run of conveyer for initial freezing and upper run for final freezing are enclosed in common air duct; last run forms movable bottom portion of duct and lower run of conveyer forms movable fairing for air flow in space between conveyers. Device is provided with drum which is detachable along its axis. Drum is mounted at outlet of final freezing conveyer in such position that its neck is above its bottom.
