FIELD: refrigerating engineering; freezing small-piece goods. SUBSTANCE: quick-freezing plant includes heat-insulated housing with upper and lower endless belt conveyers mounted inside it. Runs of conveyers are located in ducts. Plant is also provided with air coolers, chute for removal of frozen product beyond boundaries of plant and air distributing devices with guide fins. Guide fins of lower conveyer are fitted along side walls in staggered order forming transverse air flows. Outer surface of belt of lower conveyer is provided with transverse frames evenly distributed along its length forming movable sections for transportation of product. Chute is elongated over entire length of lower run of belt. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 4 dwg
