SUBSTANCE: apparatus has paired chambers with filler and dough augers, forming chamber with minced meat guiding pipe, flour hopper, stamping drum, belt conveyor mounted below stamping drum, and adding and forming device with roll mounted on one end of L-shaped pin, whose other end is coupled to stamping drum column by means of block for vertical movement and varying of gap between roll and drum.
