FIELD: biotechnology, immunology, biochemistry. SUBSTANCE: method involves one-stage determination of analyte bound with conjugate. The latter has analyte-stereospecific compound (anti-analyte) bound covalently with suspension-like water-insoluble dyes (particle size is 50-350 nm). Carbon, formazanes, diformazanes and Sudans were used as dyes. Method involves direct visualization of analyte as color spots (dottes) or pattern on the solid phase surphase that were formed for a few seconds or minutes after conjugate addition. Invention can be used in biology, medicine and agriculture for making diagnostica for immunochemical, gene-hybridization and ligand-acceptor analysis and for rapid and simple testing.
