FIELD: navigation instrument engineering for development and creation of instrument transducers of high-accuracy inertial systems. SUBSTANCE: two continuous electron flows are produced from common source 1, they are modulated by common voltage of high frequency f from the output of generator 6 connected to modulation electrodes 3,7 and injected through measuring sections Lo of vacuum chamber 2 in mutually orthogonal directions to first and second anodes 5,9, one of which coincides with the direction of motion and with the object longitudinal axis, and the other is oriented in the plane of the horizon. From load resistor R1 of first anode 5 the signal is applied to the first input of phase-difference meter 10, and from load resistor R2 of second anode 9 the signal is applied to the second input of the same meter for determining the phase difference between these signals first at a fixed object and then at its accelerated motion in the direction of sensitivity axis OY. The measured values of phase differences for stationary and movable objects are fed to computer 11, at whose output the algorithm of arriving information is realized in the form of a numerical estimate of object linear velocity and movement. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy. 2 cl, 1 dwg
