FIELD: measurement technology, noise immune measurement of phase of signal in various radio engineering devices and systems. SUBSTANCE: proposed digital meter of phase shift has synchronization unit, unit forming digital reference signal, microprocessing computation unit, limiter which input is input of digital meter of phase shift, two collecting adders which information inputs are connected to outputs of unit forming digital reference signal and two storage registers which information inputs are connected to outputs of collecting adders and outputs - to information inputs of microprocessing computation unit. Output of limiter is connected to controlling inputs of collecting adders. Information inputs of unit forming digital reference signal is connected to output of microprocessing computation unit., Synchronization output of synchronization unit is connected to synchronization inputs of collecting adders and unit forming digital reference signal. Reset output of synchronization unit is connected to corresponding inputs of collecting adders, unit forming digital reference signal storage registers and microprocessing computation unit. Output "reading" of microprocessing computation unit is coupled to proper inputs of storage registers and output "recording" of microprocessing computation unit is connected to corresponding input of unit forming digital reference signal.
