FIELD: optical instrumentation, optical location devices. SUBSTANCE: device to view objects includes pulse light source with transmitting optics, electron-optical converter with receiving optics and control unit connected to it, TV camera which input is connected to output of electron-optical converter. Control unit is connected to TV camera and is manufactured to form delay of switching on of electron-optical converter relative to moment of switching on of pulse light source changing in the course of time synchronized with lines of TV signal at output of TV camera which is capable of recording of images of objects obtained after each switching on of pulse light source into proper line of output TV signal. For generation of equally bright images of objects device can be manufactured with capability of change of power of light source and/or gain factor of electron-optical converter. It can also be supplemented with another TV camera to produce customary image of illuminated objects. EFFECT: enhanced functional efficiency and reliability of device. 10 cl, 3 dwg
