FIELD: video monitoring.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to television technology and is oriented towards the use of panoramic surveillance in all-around television cameras, which are based on "ring" television sensors using the technology of charge-coupled devices (CCD) and are designed to work in conditions of possible light overloads at the monitoring facility. Result is achieved by the fact that the cameras provide simultaneously a surround-view of the situation in a area close to the hemisphere, i.e. in a spatial angle of 360 degrees in azimuth and tens of degrees in the elevation angle, the frame transfer of the information charges from the target to the memory section is carried out in the final interval of the interval of the retrace of the classical (rectangular) frame sweep, with the corresponding time delay of the accumulation time of the information charges, and in the interval period of classical frame unfolding reverse course, preceding the transfer of information charges, purge the memory section of parasitic charges by moving them with the frequency of frame transfer to the "ring" shift register and/or by removing spurious charges in the substrate of the "ring" photodetector by the technological organization of the anti-brewing region and the electronic shutter in its memory section.

EFFECT: expansion of the dynamic range of the "ring" photodetector.
