FIELD: powder metallurgy, in particular, production of parts working under the action of frictional forces causing intensified frictional wear. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing substrate; producing three-layer billet including powder-substrate-powder layers; providing sintering and hot additional compression of billet. Substrate is preliminarily provided with cylindrical openings, with total volume of internal cavities of openings making 30-60% by volume of substrate. Openings have inlet conical surfaces with apex angle of 60-120 deg. Opening spacing is equal to diameter of cone base.
