SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing mash from the milled light brewery malt, its saccharification, mash boiling with hop and addition or preserving agent 25-30 min before boiling termination. Common wormwood herb is used as preserving agent at amount 0.5-1.0% of hop consumption. Then method involves clearing, fermentation, maturation and filtration of beer. EFFECT: improved method of beer making.
