FIELD: construction and reconstruction of storage rooms, mainly, vegetable storages. SUBSTANCE: heat exchangers are uniformly located in ground under storage room in center of freezing depth. Heat exchangers are filled with coolant and have outlet coming to ground surface. Depth of ground freezing under storage room is determined by the respective relation. Outlet from heat exchanger is ribbed or tubular and filled with coolant. In zone of ground freezing under the storage room, air duct is formed and cold accumulator may be made. EFFECT: simplified design and provision of preservation of relatively low temperature in storage room in warm season of the year. 4 cl, 4 dwg
