FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves preclinically determining probable postoperative complications before operation in kidney and urinary bladder cancer patients by comparing hydrocortisone level in blood serum before and after administering dexamethazone at a dose of 0.0005 g. Hydrocortisone level drop being detected to be 74-82% in kidney cancer patients and 68-78% in urinary bladder cancer patients, complications are to be predicted in postoperative period. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy and specificity of prognosis. 2 tbl
