FIELD: watch making industry. SUBSTANCE: process includes separate manufacture of metal plate and multilayer applicable element with decorative pattern and subsequent bonding. Multilayer sheet material includes face and adhesive layers and antiadhesive substrate is used to fabricate applicable element. Decorative image in the form of pattern with dot raster and markers positioned outside contour is applied on face surface. Orienting holes are made in sheet material beyond limits of contour of applicable element matched with markers. Applicable element is chopped from sheet material using orienting holes as locating base. Then antiadhesive substrate is removed and applicable element is bonded to metal plate.
