FIELD: invention refers to training aids in geography. SUBSTANCE: method of location of center of part of earth surface consists in manufacture of globe of the Earth with body made of light homogeneous plastic mass so that center of mass of body of globe is located in its geometrical center, heavy homogeneous metal outlines of continents of the Earth with islands having identical thickness matching outlines of these continents of the Earth of globe of the Earth made before. They are attached to globe of the Earth so that outlines of continents match outlines of same continents on globe manufactured before. Then globe of the Earth is laid on even horizontal hard surface, globe is set into motion and after stoppage of globe center of gravity is established. Point of touch of globe with horizontal surface will be center of gravity of this globe which is center of gravity of all continents of the Earth and geographical center of land of the Earth. Center of oceanic surface, Center of Euro-Asia-Africa, Centers of continents and Centers of parts of the world are found in similar way. EFFECT: expanded teaching capabilities of method.
