SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to fuel and energy sector and is oriented towards solving of the problem related to sustainable receipt and production of hydrocarbons - oil and gas - and determining their quantity. The concept of the invention is as follows: the method includes deposit of hydrocarbons - oil and gas, production wells. According to the invention sea water is supplied to the depleted deposit through auxiliary drilled and extended well till boiling point is reached in the Earth crust - boiler with receipt from 1 m³ of injected sea water of about 0.03 kg of hydrocarbons, which is part of oil from sea water. The same is made in a created artificial deposit. For this purpose wells are drilled up to the boiler point where sea water is pumped through some wells while hydrocarbons are recovered from other wells from the Earth crust as they are accumulated.

EFFECT: preventing decline in hydrocarbon production and maintaining production at the required level.
