FIELD: medical equipment, in particular, apparatus used in inhalers. SUBSTANCE: inhaler has reservoir, cell containing predetermined dose of powder, cylinder with spring-biased hollow piston and valve unit. Cell is positioned in casette provided with additional powder cells. Ends of cells are covered with membranes engageable with puncturing device. Cassette is movable for bringing each cell to outlet end of channel to provide communication of reservoir with cell and outlet branch pipe.
