FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: proposed apparatus comprises casing having inlet and output branch pipes, sealing elements, conically shaped precipitating electrodes connected - via current supply electrodes - with high voltage source, circular dielectric shutters, storage hopper with discharging elements, flow turbulizer made in form of rod provided with guide element formed as multi-turn spatial spiral, and supporting element made of dielectric material and disposed in lower part of apparatus chamber. Besides, said current supply electrodes are passed through sealing electroinsulating elements and conical precipitating electrodes, tapering tip portion of which is directed following flow movement of dielectric liquid to be purified and which are connected in alternating order to current supply electrodes of unlike polarities. Flow turbulizer is arranged along axis of apparatus, inside conical precipitating electrodes and in opening formed in supporting element.
