FIELD: organic chemistry. SUBSTANCE: product: derivatives of 1,1-dioxocephem-4-carbothiolic acid of the general formula (I) 
where A means / C1- C4/-alkyl optionally substituted with one or two substituents or methoxyphenyl group; R1 means H, Cl atom, methoxy, alkyl or propyl group; R2 means methyl, methoxymethyl, acetoxymethyl or (1-methyl-1,2,3,4-tetrazole-5-yl)-thiomethyl. Compounds were synthesized by treatment of compound of the general formula (II) 
with per acid and compounds of the general formula (III) 
were obtained. The synthesized compound of the general formula (III) 
where R2 means methyl or acetoxymethyl is converted if necessary to other compound of the general formula (III) 
where R2 means (1-methyl-1,2,3,4-tetrazole-5-yl)-thiomethyl group, Then compound of the general formula (III) 
where R1 and R2 have above indicated values were subjected for interaction with compound A1-SH where A1 means A except for /C1- C4/-alkyl substituted with hydroxy-, carboxy- or amino-group. If necessary to obtain the end product of the general formula (I) 
where A - /C1- C4/-alkyl substituted with hydroxy-, carboxy- or amino-group protective groups in the corresponding substituted compound were removed by acid hydrolysis. EFFECT: improved method of synthesis. 2 cl, 3 tbl
