FIELD: textile engineering. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has through channel of round section for passage of yarn. Cylindrical mid portion of yarn channel is provided with three openings for supplying blowing medium. Axes of three openings intersect yarn channel axis at common point at an angle of 15-40 deg. Apparatus is adapted for processing of complex thread, which is supplied into channel in an amount exceeding required amount by 0-15% and discharged from apparatus transverse to yarn channel axis so that complex threads are monotonously interwoven one with another along yarn length without forming spaced loops.
