FIELD: methods and devices for production of composite yarn. SUBSTANCE: to produce, mainly, composite yarn free from twisting by pneumatic structuring with the help of flow of shock wave with formation of loops. Such yarn possesses all virtures of combination of continuous thread with staple fibers and is used in industrial practice. Method includes supply of continuous thread in forced air flow with running-on along widening accelerating channel of spinneret of pneumatic structuring, opening of it, and suction into opened thread with air flow of stable fibers from feed device through suction-mixing head. Air flow is converted into flow with shock wave which forms loops on filaments which embrace to tie staple fibers. After this operation in weaving zone, textured mixed yarn is tightened almost at right angle. The device for embodiment of the method has spinneret for pneumatic texturing, spinneret accelerating channel and suction-mixing head with at least one device for feed of staple fibers. Suction-mixing head is located at the output end of spinneret accelerating channel and has hole in transition zone for supply of staple fibers. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 16 cl, 12 dwg
