SUBSTANCE: multiple-disk variable-speed drive has packs of flanged disks with outer and inner contact and packs of intermediate disks installed for engagement with flanged disks and for displacement relative to flanged disks. Working surface of flanged disks is made convex, and part of working surface of intermediate disks is made concave.
