FIELD: micrometering of vapors of liquids used as heat transfer in thermal regulation systems of spacecraft. SUBSTANCE: in compliance with invention free space of leak-proof vessel filled with liquid communicates with measurement space and specified flow of vapors of liquid into measurement space is set. Prior to communication of free space of leak-proof vessel with working space pressure in leak-proof vessel is decreased to pressure below that of saturated vapors of liquid, leak-proof vessel is held till liquid is outgassed, then measurement space is vacuumed to pressure less than that in leak-proof vessel. EFFECT: increased functional reliability and efficiency of process. 1 dwg
