FIELD: analytical methods. SUBSTANCE: sample to by analyzed is treated with acetonitrile in 1:1 proportion, centrifuged at 3000 rpm for 15-20 min, and chromatographed on column with reversed-phase silica gel sorbent using for elution 30-50% methanol aqueous solution with pH 3.2-3.3 with rate 100 mcl/min. Nitazol is detected at wavelength 348 nm and its concentration is determined from calibration curve. EFFECT: Facilitated procedure.
