SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes blood sampling and erythrocyte isolation. Then erythrocytes are treated with acetonitrile, centrifuged, and supernatant spectral characteristics of are restricted in wave length range of 210-300 nm and value of total optical density is determined. Alteration of total optical density as compared with analogous donor value by 1.5 times indicates about damage of erythrocyte membrane.

EFFECT: identification of erythrocyte membrane metabolite pool products with increased precision.
